Hi! I’m Natalie,
I’m an outsourced HR and training services specialist with over 25 years of Human Resource Management, learning and development experience.
Based in Inverness in the stunning Highlands of Scotland, I offer businesses of all shapes and sizes flexible and practical Human Resource support, training and advice, no matter where in the UK you are located.
With extensive experience in employment law, strategic HR planning, as well as the provision of pragmatic HR management, support, and tailored services, I help my clients stay compliant, develop key staff, and improve overall performance.
As a qualified member of the CIPD with a business degree, I’m fully qualified to help your business with all of its HR requirements.
I have also successfully delivered many seminars and training programmes in HR and leadership related subjects so you can rest assured I have the essential experience and tools necessary to help you and your employees reach their full potential.
